Actually, chances are a texture didn't load. There is a metal grate that goes out from the side of the Helipad, but it looks like it's texture didn't load on your system.
Just wait, you'll see a black cat walking by an second.
Another glitch...should be any second not an second.
the helipad is hellicool...
That does away with lifts!
